Mr. Stoner has spent the last ten years as Founder and Chairman
of the Pacific Rim Chamber of Commerce nd the American
International Chamber of Commerce. His primary mission was
to set up and administrate  nternational business development,
consulting services and business relations in the major emerging
markets throughout the world. He personally manages the China
National Tourism membership and the CCPIT (China Council for
the Promotion of International Trade) and simultaneously assists
in all other international operations of the company specializing
in China and most of Asia. e has worked with most Pac Rim
Governments closely setting up promotions for Trade, Tourism,
Technology ransfer and Cultural Exchange Programs as well as
financing programs.

Dr. Lai is best known in the industry as the founder and publisher of
the YPPA (Yellow Pages Publishers Association)  4-times Gold
Award-winning Chinese-English Bi-lingual Chinese Yellow Pages serving
North America. The publication's annual circulation reached every
household and business in the North American Chinese communities. In
1980, Dr. Lai formed Asia System Media, Inc. (ASM) to publish this
yellow page. Dr. Lai build up this company from scratch to a 120
persons company, and expand its business to Tradeshow industry as
Asian American Expo.
